From Fixing to Connecting is a highly experiential online course for parents, caregivers, educators, therapists, and other professionals who support children.

The course explores what can become possible when we shift our focus from fixing to connecting using the Nine Essentials of NeuroMovement®. 

It brings together neuroscience, movement, social-emotional and play-based learning, as well as ABM® NeuroMovement® tools and methodologies that can be used right away in everyones everyday life.

Participants explore practical ways to:

  • Support children through connection rather than pressure
  • Understand behavior through the lens of the nervous system and learning
  • Use movement, play, and curiosity to create new possibilities in many areas including thinking, movement, and problem solving
  • Build more responsive relationships with children
  • Create conditions where children can feel seen, supported, and be more available for learning
