Beril Tockan
Assistant Trainer of ABM®NeuroMovement®
Beril Tokcan completed the ABMNM® Professional Training in 2015, followed by all the ABMNM Mastery Programs. She actively participates in the ABMNM® International Professional Trainings, first as support staff, joined the teaching staff as an Assistant in 2020, and became an Assistant Trainer in 2022. Beril has also been the Training Organizer of the ABMNM® Basic Trainings since 2023.
Originally trained in graphic design, Beril’s life took a new direction after the premature birth of her twins and her son’s diagnosis led her to discover ABM® NeuroMovement®. The profound impact of Neuromovement® on her son as well as on her whole family, gave Beril a way forward and compelled her to train as a Neuromovement® practitioner.
She works with children and adults at her practice in Istanbul, Turkiye, offering private lessons, group classes, and workshops, with the mission of transforming the impossible into the possible and making positive changes in people’s lives. Beril is the author of ‘I am Free Now’, published in Turkish by Dogan Novus in 2020, and in English by Amazon in 2022. She is also the co-organizer of the annual First You Conference, which provides support to parents and caregivers of children with special needs.
