Carole Keefe
Trainer of ABM®NeuroMovement®
Carole Keefe graduated from ABM® Basic Training in 2009 and the Mastery Trainings in 2010. She has assisted in the ABM® Training Programs since 2009, becoming an Assistant Trainer in 2013 and a Trainer in 2024. Carole loves learning and shares her enthusiasm for discovery by inspiring others towards curiosity, awareness, and new possibilities.
Carole has always had a fascination with movement beginning as a young athlete playing many different sports. Evolving into the question of how to keep moving well in any activity and being pain free throughout life. Carole began this journey by becoming a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine. She transitioned to being an ABMNM® practitioner as she saw how shifting to connecting and using the 9 Essentials had such dramatic lasting results. Carole has a full-time ABMNM® practice in Austin, Texas working with children and adults. She also travels to give ABMNM® intensives and mentor new practitioners.
