Mike Waefler
Assistant of ABM®NeuroMovement®
Mike Waefler has studied bodywork and movement education with some of the most recognized and innovative instructors in the field. Graduating as a Feldenkrais Method practitioner in 2000 and from the Rolf Institute in 2002, he is one of a handful of people in the world to hold credentials in both approaches. It was during the Feldenkrais training he first heard of Anat Baniel. Mike started studying with Anat in 2009. After completing all Mastery programs, Mike continued as support staff. Since 2016 he joined as an Assistant in the ABMNM®️ trainings.
Responding to requests from students to work with children in locations where there is demand but few practitioners, Mike started traveling internationally to provide ABMNM® lessons since 2018. Within a year demand was such that he gave up his office in the Atlanta area and turned to travel full time, offering ABMNM® in places as varied as UK, Turkey, Ireland, Norway, Czech Republic, Korea, and numerous other countries.
