Sharon Tomsky

Trainer of ABM®NeuroMovement®

Sharon graduated from the 1st Anat Baniel Method® Practitioner Training in 2003, followed by certification as a practitioner in all of the Mastery programs: Children with Special Needs, Vitality and Anti-Aging and High Performers. Sharon is a teacher in the “From Fixing to Connecting" course, the “Prelude” course, the Parent/Child Workshops and she is also trained in doing Online at Home Coaching. Sharon began assisting and teaching in the Practitioner Trainings and Mastery Workshops in 2004 and she has been a Trainer since 2014. Sharon’s teaching is inspired by her life-long love of movement and learning. Sharon is a passionate and skillful teacher, dedicated to helping guide each student to learn this incredible NeuroMovement® method as well as to evolve into their most potent and vital selves.

Sharon has a private practice working with adults and children in Richmond, California (the San Francisco Bay Area).  She regularly teaches TML classes (Transformational Movement Lessons) - currently through ZOOM. Prior to becoming an ABMNM® practitioner Sharon earned her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy in 1994, and worked with diverse populations in hospitals, clinics and rehab settings for over 20 years. She also earned an M.A. in Creative Arts-Interdisciplinary Studies in 1982, and a B.A. in Dance in 1976. Sharon’s influences and interests include Contact Improvisation, Juggling, Mindfulness and Meditation, Martial Arts, Neuroscience, Somatic Studies, recovery from injury, being in nature and sustaining long-term relationships with family, friends, dogs and cats.
